Description of Work: After multiple phone conversations they came out and measured our windows. Have been waiting for estimate for 2 weeks now, keep getting the response "it's been emailed to you". Nothing has ever been sent. The person who used to run Rogers Blinds now works at Encore. Stay away, avoid if at all possible. Use someone else if you want anything done.

+ -1 moreI have tried for about 2 wks. to get ahold of someone in this company about replacing a blind in my home. I have left several messages and have yet to receive a call back. I have worked with them in the past and previously the service/products were excellent.
