Phillip did not seem to be responsive to my needs and I did not feel good about hiring his company to do any work for me based on our conversation.

Phil and his crew at PPRS were recommended to us by several neighbors who had been very pleased with his work. We had several home renovations to complete and wanted someone we could trust to do quality work. We have been extremely satisfied with our experience with PPRS in every aspect. Phil is easy to get in touch with, responds to questions promptly, and is actively engaged throughout the process. His main concerns are (1) that the work is high quality, and (2) that you are completely satisfied with the work. Further, he gets the job done in a very reasonable period of time. Finally, Phil is just a nice guy - someone we feel we can trust completely. Our home has turned out beautifully and we have PPRS to thank for it. Upon seeing the quality work that PPRS provided to us, several other neighbors have asked for Phil's information and have contacted him for their own projects. We genuinely could not be happier with the work we had done and will continue to use PPRS for any future projects on our home.

The owner and his small crew were very polite and professional. They were efficient and cleaned up pretty well. The owner returned my phone calls/texts promptly when I had questions or concerns. I highly recommend Punch Pro.
