 + 1 moreSeems to be a nice guy recommended to be by a co-worker and he came in 50% less than the other quotes. I'll do the work myself next time, I'm sure I can do the quality of work. I didn't call him back to fix anything, figured it would cost me more money.
Description of Work: I requested a quote for adding a stammped concret pad to extend the patio out from under the porch. He set the drop for water runoff 1" for every 2', so I have a 12 ' patio that is 6 inches lower on the far end. The concret was "sealed" but is now cracking, less than a year old. He also stained the old concret, but it washed off the next time I sweep while it was wet. I had to go get tools for him and pay the concret delivery truck -this is when I leared the quote did not include material.
