Description of Work: Your tool picked the wrong company. I'm reviewing LB Roofing and Construction I needed repair made to a metal roof. Called left message. No return call in two days. Called again and talked to Mike. Said he was busy talking to his daughter, would call me back. Two more days no call. Called him back told about the job and location. Said he would drive by and look at and let me know. Well he never went and never called me back. I'm from the Grove/Jay area and this is type of work effort I get when I try to get some help. Good luck in finding some good help from this area.

The property was left clean after they were done. It has rained several times since the roof was installed and I have experienced no leaks.

+ -1 moreThe initial contact with Leon went well. We played phone tag for a couple of days but that's normal for me. When Leon came out to assess the roof he was personable, professional, very informative and helpful. He answered every question and spent more time than he probably needed to but he wanted to be sure my questions were answered thoroughly and correctly. He definitely knows his business. Leon advised me that a reputable company would never ask for money up front. One of the reasons I decided to got with Leon was because another company did ask that. Leon did not. His crew was professional, answered any questions I had during the instillation. Cleanup was better than I expected it would be. It's not easy to find nails in rock and our landscaping is rock. Since the cleanup I've found two nails out there. I was very pleased. All in all, my husband and I are thrilled with the new roof, love the advice Leon gave us on color. We are completely satisfied. I would recommend LB Roofing for any roofing job.

+ -1 moreOverall, a perfect job. Theirs was the middle of three bids, but there was only about a $500 spread so that was not a significant factor. LB Roofing got the job primarily because they were very responsive to my request for an estimate and thoroughly explained all the steps involved in the job. They gave a written estimate on the spot. Answered all my dumb questions patiently. Explained the shingles we picked would have to be ordered from Joplin, M0 and I would be contacted when they arrived. Called four days later to say shingles would be delivered the next day. They were placed on the roof about 9:30 am and the roofing crew were at work by 2:00 pm. They worked straight through until 6:00 pm, finishing the back half of the house. They were on the roof again at 7:30 the next moring, worked like crazy, and finished everything by 5:00 pm. We do not see how anyone could have done a better job. Satisfactory in every respect.
Description of Work: Removed old shingles. Installed new felt, metal drip edge, pipe boots, ridge vent, replaced piece of rotted roof decking, installed new shingles, of course, and cleaned up and hauled off the debris. Psinted the white PVC standpipes to match the shingles.

Description of Work: LB Roofing tore off the older shingles and installed new shingles. They also installed new attic vents, drip edge and replaced the bad decking.

+ -1 moreWe got several quotes and they were the cheapest, it took them a couple of weeks to come out for the estimate. They were busy so after an agreed time they came out and completed the whole job in one day. overall positive experience with L B roofing the worst part of the whole thing was dealing with the insurance company, e surance/ home site
Description of Work: Roof replacement for hail damage claim. Removed old roof with disposal and put on new roof 3 tab shingles.
