Description of Work: Quality service in a timely fashion.

Description of Work: I contacted them because they were suggested to me by someone I trust not based on information I found on this site. I should have gone with a company that is more strongly recommended on this site. They checked some fixtures which we have had issues with and installed a new outlet. I can not comment on the cost because they have not billed me. I can not comment on punctuality because they did not schedule a time with me. I was told the week before that some would contact me the following week. They just called early one morning and told me they were on their way. When I had called I had listed several things that I needed to have done. The last item on the list was the fixtures that needed to be looked at it. The 2 electricians that showed up only knew that fixtures needed to be checked. Since the only other task that was urgent was to have an outlet put in, I asked them to do that. They only had a brown outlet and a brown plate. They did not have the screw needed to hold the plate in place so they had to go get it and then come back. Seems to me that these are things they ought to have with them. I had wanted to have 2 fixtures installed and another outlet installed (and I had told the person I had talked to that) but decided not to mention that and hire another company instead.

Description of Work: I will always call King first. They treated me like a real person and did a great job!
