DEPENDABLE MAYTAG HOME APPL

Great to work with. Came out late in the evening and had the work done in less than an hour. I'll continue to work with Daryl.

The gentleman who worked on the fridge was very friendly and courteous. He showed up late in the evening because they were so busy during the holidays. His work was efficient and there have been no further problems with the fridge.

The thing that got me is I called and spoke with the owner, he guaranteed me that he himself personally would come. I had used him 2 years ago when there were some issues. I heard nothing but good things about the owner. I gave him a time frame, I was available that day. This kid called me 30 minutes before I was leaving the house, before the end of the time frame and said he's on his way and I said he's not the one supposed to be coming. I called the owner and he was not there. When the kid came out, he looked at all the things and he gave me an estimate to fix it and it looked like it would be a better option to just go ahead and buy a new one. I talked to several other people and actually had it looked at again. I determined the kid was wrong. He was saying that the whole tub needed to be repaired and that it couldn't do what I was saying it was doing; but he was wrong. I was pretty upset that the owner did not do what he said he was going to do.The kid was a nice kid, he was only about 22. I had somebody else look at it and he said the kid was wrong. He said it will still probably be cheaper to buy a new washer and that's why I did. They got to me that day, they didn't honor the time frame, and the person didn't show up. When the kid called and said he was coming, he did show up. The owner had bad reviews on Yelp and Google. I even called him. I had other people that have used him before and they said he's great. The kid gave me a price for fixing it, he gave me written estimates and when I talked to the owner about possibly ordering the things, he said it was not right. He wouldn't have honored the kid's estimate.

My experience with him was excellent because he was nice and polite.
