The service performed was as agreed. I took the item to them, they carefully cleaned and dried it and returned it neatly rolled and wrapped. I am very pleased and will definitely use this service again.

I have used Dehart many times to clean my rentals. They do a much better job than other capet cleaners I have used in the past and so now I use them exculively. This service was for my personal residence and they did a good job. I was a bit disappointed in one spot but overall they are better than most.

Liz and her team of professionals showed up exactly on time and went to work immediately. The carpets and couch took under an hour to clean, and the owners stayed on site working and supervising. They make it a point to personally oversee the work and were very professional. They stand behind their work and have decades of experience. We will use them again without hesitation. Highly recommend!!

Dehart is simply the best carpet cleaners in NWA! We have used other carpet cleaners before we found Dehart, there is a difference! The quality of their work is outstanding. They are extremely responsive, professional and we have yet to have a stain they couldn't get out, even though our boys and dog have really tried.

Liz Dehart came out and did the estimate the next day after I called. She is very professional and does a great job following up on everything. Mike and Earl did the carpet cleaning and they do great work. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Went very well. They kept in touch with me and were here as they communicated they would be. Did a very good job for me.

The owner came in with a crew. The crew included a manager and a helper. So the owner went over and walks through with the crew and told them what we wanted done. The owner left and the manager took over. They did the entire house. They are very professional. You almost wouldn’t know that they were here. We had a stain on the bedroom closet floor and they gave us an estimate of $100 to see if they could get that up but they couldn’t. So they didn’t charge us that although they did try. It was a positive experience. It was easy to setup a time and date for them to come out.

They did great. They did exactly what they promised they would do and they did it on time. I don’t live in Arkansas any more. I would use them again in the future if I lived in Arkansas.

Responding to their response of my review. I told them when I called that I was not sure if I had dog urine on my carpets. When one of the carpets was pulled up to move, there was a dog urine stain. Instead of telling me that they could not clean that and the carpet would have to be "dipped" for $200+, they went ahead and cleaned it but once the carpet got wet, the urine smelled like dead fish and was horrible. WHEN THE DOG URINE WAS FOUND, THE FAIR CUSTOMER SERVICE WOULD HAVE BEEN TO TELL ME THEY WERE SORRY AND COULD NOT GET THE URINE OUT INSTEAD OF ATTEMPTING TO CLEAN AND CHARGE ME FOR THE SERVICE ANYWAY KNOWING THAT THEY COULD NOT GET IT CLEAN. AND.................THEY NEVER REFUNDED MY MONEY!

Dehart was able to remove orange soda stains from our son's carpeting. Everything looks brand new again.
