terrible. My daughter's away at college (first time). she takes it to this place as it is close to campus. All works fine on the phone, verified by them as well. Get sit back with not genuine Apple products and they changed the HOME button, saying it also needed to be replaced with a different color than her phone. She asked them to put her orig home button back, they took it and said they did but it looked exactly the same. After 2 trips to 2 different AT&T stores and the Mac Store in Rogers, she went back and told them the Mac store verified they were not the correct screen or home button for that phone. They swore to me they would make this right but instead, they told her the only way she could get her money refunded was to have them put the original cracked screen back on. So that's what they did. I'm certain that is because they know she'll have to get it fixed by someone else and they don't want it common knowledge that they use sub-standard products and not genuine Apple replacement parts. Way to go CPR!! Now she has to use a screen that is cracked worse now that before (hope she doesn't cut herself) and the Home button is toast!
