+ -1 moreI sent my computer to Geek Squad initially and they sent my computer back after having it for a month. They claimed they could not repair the computer because the part required was unavailable. I gave the computer to Adrian at Computer Aid and he had it repaired very quickly. I was very impressed with knowledge and professionalism. I would highly recommend Adrian to anyone.
Description of Work: He repaired my computer. He replaced my motherboard and fan.

+ -1 moreOn every occasion that I have used Adrian the service has been prompt and professional. After he resolves the problem that he thoroughly and meticulously scours my computers to ensure there's nothing else that needs to be addressed. His work is fast and complete. He conducts himself in a very professional manner and his prices are reasonable. I would recommend this computer service to anyone.
Description of Work: I have used their services three times one time was for a desktop and a laptop the other two times were to remove viruses from my desktop. He is very quick to respond to a phone call and to make arrangements either for me to deliver my computers to him or he will make a house call at the same price. All services of been performed to my satisfaction and I do not hesitate to call him whenever I have a computer problem. In fact I am part pairing to have him come now and remove potential dangerous viruses from my computer.

+ -1 moreI contacted him and told him I was coming. When I arrived. He would not answer the door or answer his phone. I could not get a hold of him. He blew me off. I would not contact him again.
Description of Work: I used Computer Aid for computer repairs. I contacted him in advance and told him I was coming over with my computer. He runs a business from his home.

+ -1 moreHis prices are affordable; he is trustworthy, always on time, and always thorough. When he knows there is a problem, he won’t quite until he finds the source and resolves the problem. He will tell you how it is, good or bad, whether it’s a quick fix or a – god forbid- motherboard problem! Arian is polite, articulate, and personable. I know that Angie’s List members in the Fayetteville AR area will be glad to find Adrian when they have a computer problem.
Description of Work: A one man business, Adrian, has been our computer man for over 4 year and he has always saved the day for us.
