Clean Cut Lawn Care

I questioned the owner in November about whether it was too late to plant and should we wait until spring, they said it wasn't a problem. Most of my new front landscaping didn't survive the winter, when I asked about whether they guarantee, I received no response on the first 3 tries, and then got this one. "We do not! There are too many factors when it comes to the care of those Plants that we are not able to verify were done and/or not done correctly. So there is no way for us to know if it is due to Lack of Care, not Watering, Watering too often, Supplier, Winter Weather, etc." Stay far away from them, I guess there's just too many variables when you install expensive landscaping.

Do NOT USE!!! Received my weekly service invoice (which is auto drafted), but full services were NOT performed. I emailed the owner to let them know that my yard was NOT mowed. For some reason, they weed-eated and left without mowing. They came back to mow after the email. When they came back, they weed-eated around my pool which they have never done before because I ALWAYS spray RoundUp around my pool so that they do NOT have to get near it with a weed-eater. Ripped through the edging and ripped my pool. Knocked planters over, as well. When I emailed the owner to complain, they NEVER replied to the email NOR did they come back. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

They're very good. The owner will come and work with you on anything. They're very efficient. Their crew comes and is done in 15-20 minutes usually.

I had a very positive experience with them. They handled everything without me having to monitor them.

The 2 gentleman arrived on time. The bushes were to be planted into a large stone bed. The rough locations were laid out and the stone removed. The ground in Arkansas is hard clay to rock and they had only brought shovels. I owned a pic axe. It as a by the hour job, the axe moved things along. They were very pleasant to work with, worked extremly hard but might have been in just a bit too much in a hurry. Unfortunately after they left a noticed the spacing was not equal or in a straight line. Here's hoping once they get larger it won't be noticed. I would hire them again for other landscaping and maybe even for grass cutting. A positive experience.
