Description of Work: I've actually used C&E twice, once personally and most recently at my place of work. | |I was locked out of my house a couple of months ago on a Sunday afternoon. The C&E locksmith was at my house in less than 30 minutes and when he determined that he could not help because I had Smart Key locks, he did not charge me for the service call. | |That professionalism is what made me decide to use them again recently, when a lock became non-functional on one of the fire-safe filing cabinets at my place of work. They came out within an hour (and we are 30 miles from their location). They immediately ordered replacement parts and 2 extra sets of keys, and they charged us for the keys at their cost. All of the work was completed in about a week, which is much more quickly than I had expected. | |I would highly recommend this provider, and if I ever have need for a locksmith again, I will definitely use them.

He removed the key, rekeyed the lock to work with other outer locks, fixed a deadbolt so it works easier, and was great about telling us what needed to be done. He was friendly and professional and we were very pleased.

Description of Work: Very nice service. Our front door deadbolt broke on Christmas night. I called C&E first thing on December 26. They came by at 9:00 am, prompt, as scheduled. The service person fixed the bolt and re-keyed all our door locks to match one key. He also cut 10 new keys for me. All within an hour. Very friendly, accurate and clean service. Great experience.  + -1 moreKyle came out to repair a broken lock. As the lock could not be repaired, he had to replace it. Unfortunately the brand does not exist anymore, so he recommended another brand. He also rekeyed the 3 main doors. He was professional and courteous and gave good advice. He had all needed tools and machines with him. Price seemed reasonable. Will definitely use them again.

 + -1 moreWe just moved into a new house and needed to have all the doors re-keyed. There were 7 doors that needed to be re-keyed and several of them had both a deadbolt and door lock. The service technician arrived 45 minutes after I called him. In order to have all the doors using only one key, our technician ran back to the shop to find a deadbolt lock that matched the color of the front door handle.
Description of Work: Re-key 7 doors with entry access to the house including 6 door locks and 6 deadbolts.
