The best roofers in the NWA area. They have excellent customer service and were very helpful in making my decision. I would recommend them to everyone without hesitation. My experience with them has been a pleasure from start to finish. After having several estimates, I decided to use the services of this roofing company because they were the most competitively priced but also had a great reputation for their customer service. The crew was quick, professional, and did an amazing job of installing a new roof on my house in just one day! Their high standards gave me peace of mind in knowing that they would protect my home.

Took a long time to complete, but my house is a weird shape. Also underestimated amount of siding needed. Very nice guys though.

It was minor. Silicone added as necessary. They did an excellent job and most importantly they were honest and didn’t try to sell work I didn’t need!

Originally contacted them to repair some water-damaged siding on some dormers that wouldn’t be covered by insurance. While scoping out that work, they noted hail damage to my roofing that they felt would easily qualify for an insurance claim. I filed a claim with my insurance for the roof, and they sent out a third-party appraisal company that is notorious for denying claims, and my claim was denied. Arcadia then brought out their own roofing people, documented the damage and refuted the “inadequate ventilation” claim of the third-party appraiser, filed the revised information with my insurer, and as a result my insurance approved the claim for a new roof on my house and out building. Arcadia’s workmen were thorough, efficient, and did a great job of cleaning up after themselves each day. I cannot say enough good things about Arcadia and would highly recommend them to any potential customers.

Niv and his team are great! Everything was completed quickly and any issues that arose were quickly resolved. The paint job is wonderful and the gutters are great!

The work was done professionally and they had a fair price. There was one small issue that needed to be fixed at the end and they agreed to take care of it and did everything they could to make sure we were taken care of. I would highly recommend for any siding projects you need done.
