+ -1 moreWhen they did come out they were fairly responsive. They could have provided a higher level of technology at a better price. There were a lot of enhancements available out there and if I wanted any of them they were going to charge me big time for them even though I was a continuing customer. That got me upset because there were many others out there that provided really great value and things like having access to it on your web or phone. They could do that but they were going to have to come out and change my system and they were going to charge me big time. They never offered me even to upgrade my system.
Description of Work: I used ADT for security system.

+ -1 moreit cost me 2000 to get rid of them , but I needed a secure alarm - I will tell my story about ADT as often as I can - WAY too many screw ups etc to mention here . ADT - Absolutely Disasterous Tech
Description of Work: they already cost me 3000 in theft because they did NOT cancell x employees access code cost me 3000 in theft due to ADT not canceling x emplooye access code . He entered with his code and theft occured the next workday - I found the x employee her and did not discover the theftn until later
