+ -1 moreThe plumber was able to come that afternoon and he drained the water heater and gave me options as to price and quality of replacement equipment and was able to get the replacement heater and installed it that day. Also, threw in replacing the flapper on a leaking toilet for no extra charge.

+ -1 moreIt was an excellent experience. This is our second time with him--the first involved a leaky faucet outside our house. He fixed that after explaining the problem.
Description of Work: Our upstairs bathroom sinks were draining very very slowly. Darrin came over and explained the process what might prevent the problem in the future. We also talked with him about other services he might provide. He is our plumber now. He is honest and great to deal with.

+ -1 moreDarin came and snaked out the drain. It did not solve the problem. He came back out, removed the toilet and discovered the wax ring was halfway in the pipe. He replaced the ring with no extra charge for the 2nd trip.
Description of Work: Repaired constantly clogging toilet by replacing improperly installed wax ring.
