The gentleman who am out inspected the house and gave me a bid for a termite control contract. He was friendly and professional. The bid was just a little higher than what I had gotten from another company but when I asked about repairs in case there was actual termite damage during the contract, he said that would be more and I would have to talk to his manager to find out about a separate contract for that. The other company, Advance, had that written into their contract and they gave me a lower bid.

The service technician arrived on time. He put on protective shoe coverings before entering the house, which I greatly appreciated. He was very professional in explaining the process for treating the house inside and out as well as the attic. After he was finished spraying and fogging the attic, he asked if it was ok to place bug / spider pads under the beds to make sure that the treatment was successful as well as identify any harmful pests such as a brown recluse. To date, we have had very few pests enter the house. We plan to have Abram's come back in the fall and service the house / yard again. All in all, we are very pleased with the service they performed.

I had a good experience with Abram. Josh came out and was very polite. He answered all my questions and did a great job treating my house. He didn't try and sell me monthly or quarterly contracts, which I appreciated. I will definitely use Abram again.

These guys are good. Dang good. I made an appointment for standard issue pest treatment at our new home, and they arrived on time ready to work. I walked the gentleman around the home and property and told him my concern about wasps and hornets. He gave me feedback on what I could expect during and after the treatment. He fogged the attic space as well as the crawl space, and sprayed every room inside and the base perimeter outside as well as the eaves. Cost? $125. That's $125 for a 6,500 s/f home with an upstairs, main floor, basement, attic storage and large crawl space. The best part is they're thorough and no ridiculous contracts or sales pressure. I've had a termite contract with them for the past 6 years or so, and they'd come out yearly for a termite inspection. Typically I'd just leave the door to the crawlspace unlocked and they'd do their thing and leave. I never met them in 6 years. For those 6 years I had a name-brand company doing my pest control. They were fine, but expensive and always pushing the quarterly contract. Ugh. After today's experience, count me as loyal to Abram's.

We've been using them for about 5 years now. They are very punctual, very professional, amicable, easy to deal with and friendly to deal with. We were shopping for pest control. We didn't really like the idea of someone coming by monthly. Their pest control is twice a year, once in the spring and once in the fall and it's taken care of all of our insects. They are gone. They are using natural products. We use them for a second property now. They are good people.

We've been using them for several years. They do our termite and also pest control and we've been very happy with them. They are courteous, respectful and very conscientious. The results that we've gotten from them are very good. They only do it twice a year, but it takes care of all the pests. They don't have to come every month.

I chose them because they were the most competitive. What stood out the most was how friendly and precise they were.
