+ -1 moreCalled and made an appt for 8:30 6/15/10. He didn't show up. We called twice and got his answering machine. Now it's 11 AM and he's still not here. In an age of cell phones, not calling your client when you can't make the appt is unacceptable. He's wasted our entire morning. I would never recommend this company if you need good service. Clearly he is self centered, thoughtless, rude, or so technologically challenged that he can't use a cell phone or a watch. If that's the case, don't let him near your pipes with a welding torch.
Description of Work: Needed a leak in the basement wall fixed.
