Each was different and had to be engineered to matching appearance. This was all his design suggestions and the results have gotten us more compliments than anything else we have done here in 18 years. Brad has also replaced rotted sill plates, installed wood floors and even made some furniture for us.
Description of Work: We had 6 cottage entries where the poured steps had shifted and sunk.Entry decks were constructed improve safety and maintain esthetics.

Description of Work: Brad has done several projects for us, from major sill /foundation structural work to finish carpentry. He obviously has a broad range of experience and skill, is very bright, personable and a delight to work with. Usually works alone or with his son and represents the best of the trade. Brad also has an eye for esthetics and historically accurate restoration.
