Description of Work: Found the fan cage had gotten bent not allowing the condenser for my subzero to cool. He fixed the fan and it is working again. No parts to replace.

Description of Work: Our clothes dryer would not heat. I called for an appointment. The were able to schedule next day. They arrived on time an fixed the problem. It actually cost less than I thought it would.

Description of Work: We had a service visit to repair our Maytag Neptune II washing machine. The service man doing the repair did not know what he was doing. He trashed my washroom and he left the washing machine in pieces. I was able to wash clothes on the "low spin" setting. Now, I have a disassembled washing machine. Here's the short list: -Trashed my washroom -Got blood all over my washing machine, dryer, cabinet, and floor -left standing water in the floor soaking into my baseboards -stopped up my utility sink -got trash and grime on some of my clothes -Threw a bloody towel on top of my cabinet -Moved my bathroom trashcan to the washroom to throw his trash away -Grabbed a tupperware bowl out of my cabinet to put trash in Note: There is blood in my cabinet on the inside of the door, I am currently washing all of my dishes. Update: owner called and apologized. However, he did not offer to clean or take of any cleaning bills.

Description of Work: The tech was prompt and professional. Once the problem was decscribed to him, he proceeded to take care of the repair in an efficent and professional manner.

Description of Work: They came out and looked at my appliance problem and told me they couldn't fix it and they referred me to go somewhere else.

Description of Work: Fixed a problem with the DW power cord which had caused the DW to stop working.

Description of Work: Having problems with fridge that had gotten fried because of problems with Carroll Electric, and they tried to repair it, coming out five or six times. Finally the owner came out and said after 38 years in this business I can't figure it out and proceeded to give me my money back, saying, I don't feel right and it's not fair for you to pay if I can't fix it, which he wrote me out a check plus some for food I lost and then helped me find someone to purchase a new fridge..then came out later to put in a new ice maker for very little money. I will always use them, so honest, not many people would have done that. Also during this same period, because of Carroll, my neighbor and I lost our stoves, washer/dryer, microwave, well anything plugged in was fried..they repaired all my appliances and did a great job in one day, only having to order a few parts.

Description of Work: A necklace charm fell into the detergent dispenser of my washing machine and dropped down inside of the machine. The machine had to be disassembled to retrieve the piece.
