Description of Work: Covered by American Home Shield. Kitchen sink slow drain, powder room cracked toilet tank, master bath toilet endless running and drip in shower. All taken care if in one visit.

Description of Work: Requested online estimate via Rinnai Website for a Tankless Hot Water Heater. Received estimate in 3-4 days from initial contact! Estimate was "Extremely High" for services to be performed! Glenn Mechanical wanted $4,200.00 for installation of a Tankless Hot Water Heater! This was way too high!!!

+ -1 moreAir conditioner did not work, called Glenn's and they came out that afternoon and determined the unit had lost charge of Freon. The technician found the leaking unloader valve and said he had to special order the part, not something he stocks. Part came in in two days and he came back out and replaced it and recharged the unit and tested all operations of the unit, back working good now. Very professional and efficient.
Description of Work: Air conditioner repair, technician found leak and replaced bad part after he ordered it.
