Ernest Remodeling

He tends to procrastinate. That was our biggest problem, lack of communication. He needs to communicate better. Based on what I have seen right now I would not use him again. The way I deal with people and the way I am if i tell you I am going to do something I am going to do it. Unfortunately he is not very well organized and he doesn't know how to manage. We gave him an advance for the materials and he doesn't know how to manage. He had to end up pawning his guitar and amps in order to get the rest of the materials for the job. He pulled money out of the draft for the materials for his personal use. He doesn't have is company and his personal separate everything is in one account. You don't do that. You have an account for work and an account for personal, you don't mix the two.

It went very good very nice man he told me what i needed to do and if i needed any more advice to please call him again and i said i would.

Mr. Earnest's crew was on time, did a great job, was thoughtful and respectful. All went well.

My husband's woodworking shop burned down and we hired Mr. Ernest to rebuild it. His estimate was accurate on what it would take to rebuild. His price per hour was $27.00 per hour and that included two helpers. The quality of work is excellent. The roof is tight and we have had several storms now and there have been no leaks. My husband is using his shop everyday and there have been no problems with the workmanship. Mr. Ernest showed up on time, worked hard while he was here, he was very professional, and we will use his services again if the need arises.
