+ -1 moreCalled Doe's. Service man came that afternoon, diagnosed problem. Said he would order part and return when it came in to get dishwasher and take into shop. Returned in three days to get dishwasher. Came back in another three days to re-installed repaired appliance. It's been two weeks and working fine!
Description of Work: Changed pump/motor on Kitchen Aid dishwasher.

+ 0 moreIt did not fix my problem. My icemaker is still freezing up, not shutting off and my freezer still frosts up. I have to remove everything once a month and defrost a freezer that should be frost free.
Description of Work: I was having problems with my ice maker freezing up, not shutting off like it should and causing my freezer part of my refrigerator to frost up. The tech pulled out the ice maker and took it to the shop, ordered parts and rebuilt a portion of the carriage. Returned to my home and installed the rebuilt icemaker.
