Description of Work: I had my carpets cleaned during a winter rainy month. The steam wetness took days to dry. And my living room carpet soured due to the time to dry. The company was prompt and courteous. Just don't have your carpets cleaned during cold wet months....

+ -1 moreHe did a good job and did not tear up anything doing it. He moved the furniture to make sure he got all of the carpet. I have dogs and cats and he was able to clean up spots from them and get the smell out.
