He walked away. It went horrible.
Description of Work: My sewage pipes are blocked and are running back up into the trailer. The man said the problem is underground that it is roots obstructing the pipes. The problem is the pipes are cracking and they need replacing.

We thought this would be a simple job that we could do ourselves but didn't count on the age of the original parts being a problem. We called Tim and were able to make an appointment when it was convenient for us. Tim was able to take care of the job quickly. His rates are very reasonable and he responds very quickly. He does a great job, is very friendly, and we trust him.

I have been using him for 15 to 20 years and I continually go back to him. He responds very quickly and I pay him very quickly and so, we have a mutual agreement. Around in this area, going to a plumber is kind of like going to a doctor, you stand in line. However, especially if I have an emergency, he responds that they or the next for sure. Furthermore, he does not charge me if he cannot fix the problem.
