+ -1 moreOUTSTANDING Quality! Experienced professional. Dedicated Hard-Worker. One-Man Wonder! Mr. Himsl began work on our Shed, which is really a beautiful small barn. He worked alone and did an excellent job. We love our Baby Barn. I would hire him again in an instant, however, we only need one Shed. This man knows what he's doing and works like a trojan. It was a pleasure to watch the Baby Barn go from nothing into a really fine and built-to-last building. He built a ramp, installed a window and also a "lean-to" which I'll use for gardening supplies. He built two lofts, one on either end of the building. The doors lock and he even put braces on the doors to keep the wind from blowing them shut. I cannot say enough about Mr. Himsl - he's a real gem.

+ -1 moreMr. Himsl is a first rate builder! Our new storage shed looks perfect. Working with Rick was very hassle free. He always responded to my phone calls promptly and answered all my questions patiently; and once the March weather finally cooperated with us, he arrived to start the build. I couldn't believe how fast and and efficient Rick was in building the shed! I think he worked a solid three days, and then the building was finished, and it looks perfect; sturdy, solid, and expertly made. All the joints and cuts are very neat and professional. He has obviously built many of these sheds in his career! I can't say enough about how pleased we are with the building and the whole process of working with Rick from start to finish. It was the most straightforward, surprise-free, hassle-free transaction, which is saying a lot for a rather large purchase of a custom built product, sight unseen. The price on the website was exactly the price we paid, and we got exactly what we were told we would get. I would highly recommend Rick Himsl to anyone I know needing a storage shed or shop building. He's an honest, hard-working professional (a fairly rare commodity these days, it seems), and his work speaks for itself.

All changes and additional items where accommodated at a reasonable price. The materials used are very good quality and should last as long as my home.

We were very pleased with the quality of his workmanship and the price was better than other pre-built or delivered sheds. We would not hesitate to refer family and friends!

+ -1 moreMy wife and I were very happy with the quality of the building and the speed with which Mr. Himsl worked. This job would have taken me a week or more and it was finished in three days. The shed not only looks great but it is very well built. Mr. Himsl is a quiet man who works very hard to build a level, sturdy, good looking building. Excellent company to deal with.
Description of Work: I jumped the gun and wrote a bad review on this company because of slow response to my inquiry. The owner had some equipment problems and apologized soon after. After talking to Mr. Himsl we hired hime to build a 10x16 shed on our property. He called us and was able to start the project sooner than expected and he arrived on the day promised with a load of materials. He worked long days and I was extremely impressed with the quality of his work. I have built a few sheds and spent some time looking at what was available in our area. For similar cost there was nothing that compared with Mr. Himsl's product. The building was erected with a solid footing and sturdy floor. The siding looks great and the roof shingles match our house shingles. The doors are well built and come with a locking handle that is a step up from the old hasp and padlock. The shed looks great and is very sturdy. I had planned to build a shed myself but the materials alone would have been close to the price of this finished project. (Honestly this building looks much better than what I could have assembled.) Mr. Himsl is experienced in putting up these buildings and is known and respected by local building departments. If you are looking for a quality built shed for your property at a reasonable price this is the man to call.
