BULL ELECTRIC HEATING AND AIR

There are two names listed on the advertisement and the company is advertised as "Affordable Heat & Air" with "Justin Bull or Jason Bull." I unfortunately called up the wrong brother in the business. I figured out the hard way that I called should have followed my instincts after calling to make the original appointment. When I called the individual to set up an appointment to have the freon level in my unit tested, he sounded very unprofessional. Despite this, I scheduled an appointment with him because his estimates over the phone was affordable. He explained to me that the service fee was only $50 and that if needed, the cost for freon was $20 per pound. On the actual service day, he was not only one hour late, but he showed up with his teenage son. He tested the freon in my unit and after discovering that the freon level was just fine, he charged me $100 for the service after doing nothing. I paid him just to get him out of my house and because I did not want any problems. What a good role model for his son. I would not be surprised if he was teaching his son how to rip people off and pocket the money. I would not use this company again and only wish that more people in this area would utilize sites like this so that maybe I could have been more educated about this company.
