+ -1 moreOver budget, late, low quality work and contractor team was low quality. When there are problems like we had a water problem that was known of by HD remodeling it was blown off and we had to fix our selfs. Also due to slowness and inability to manage sub contractors we nearly lost bank financing due to lack of completion percentage as apposed to money spent. No supervision of subcontractors allowed weeks and months to go by with no work being completed like purposely dragging feet and adding cost for personal gain. HD was never a advocate for us as his customer. He put the subs first. Would not suggest using HD remodeling for custom home

HD Remodeling, LLC offers the following services: I am a General Contractor licensed with the State of Arkansas. We can be hired to build a custom home from the ground up and take care of all subs. We also take on smaller jobs like kitchen and bathroom remodels, we will also do sub contracting work ourselves like Spray Foam Insulation (as the owner of the company I run this equipment myself). We can do tile, glue down hard wood, finish carpentry, counter tops, store bought cabinets, windows, doors.
If not being a GC and taking care of a complete build:
concrete, brick, siding, roofing, sheetrock (large jobs), hvac, electrical, plumbing, carpet
