+ -1 moreWe recently purchases a new refrigerator at Sears. We actually bought it at Direct Buy, and they gave us a discount at Sears, who delivered and installed it. We have been very pleased with the service from Sears. They were extremely careful not to damage our hardwood floors. They were also prompt and very professional. The Sears guys took a great deal of time to review the features of the fridge with us once it was installed. We would definitely use them again.
