Air went out July 3rd and someone showed up and diagnosed the unit needed a part. With the part store closed for the 4th, our guy was on site by 10:00 am Friday the 5th morning installing part. Great service!

Patient, very polite and came quickly. Jacob was able to get to the unit that the seller had sealed inside the garage wall and fixed it quickly. He stayed to make sure everything was working properly. Jacob is very knowledgeable and explained everything and answered every question I had. Will definitely use them in the future. Thank you!

Jacob was very kind and knowledgeable. He spoke to me in a way I could understand the issue. Grateful for their service and quick response to our HVAC needs!

I called on May 8th at 6:48pm and spoke to Wayne. Asked if they could come and check my air conditioning unit on the 11th of May. He said that should be no problem. I will call Friday morning to confirm it. On Friday, there was no call. I called at 10:04am and a woman said that Wayne would be calling her in a short time. I will have Wayne call you back. I never heard from him.

Work went well despite challenges presented by the increased size and the configuration of the new equipment in a confined area {closet}, but Wayne's crew handled themselves professionally. Had some issue with Wayne's spotty contact with customer, which I attributed to his being extremely busy. Wayne was actively involved throughout the installation process and was present upon completion to ensure we were totally satisfied with the work performed. Wayne even rolled up his sleeves to assist with some finishing touches. I HIGHLY recommend TempCo Heating and Air.

Our air conditioner to quit and we called around to several local companies. 5 technicians looked at our unit, none could (or would) diagnose why it died. All simply said it was old and needed to be replaced. A friend suggested we call Tempco. Wayne came out right away. Within 10 minutes he had diagnosed what was wrong and within 30 minutes our air was running again, and for less than $100. He agreed that the unit needed to be replaced along with our furnace. His price was 30% - 50% less than anyone else who came out. His crew came out exactly when he said they would and did an excellent job. The very next year, our upstairs system went out, and Tempco again did an excellent and professional job. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to anyone. The only negative is that they aren't good at following through on paperwork, and do not return phone messages. I had to make numerous calls to get the estimate, and then the bill.
