+ -1 moreInstalled heater incorrectly. It flooded ruining my ceiling and floor. Sent guy out to repair. Found out it all had to be replaced and then refused to respond. Owner pretended to be worker when I called and acted like his hands were tied. Hired lawyer. They scooted around it and paid him off. I never got it fixed. Terrible. Terrible. Had to pay another company an extra $1000 to fix their mess!!!!
Description of Work: Horrible service. Liars. Destroyed my floor

+ -1 moreThey had installed this heating unit in our attic and it turned out to be the wrong unit. My husband was the one that pointed the mistake out. They did install a new unit but could not get it to work. We called the manufacture, gave the phone to the installers and the manufacture walked them thru it because they could not get it right.
Description of Work: We called for a service call because the heating was not working and they came to look at it.
