+ -1 moreAfter taking the frame in for repair, I was told it would take about 10 days to repair and that they would call. At the end of 3 weeks I called them to ask if it was finished and it was. They forgot to notify me.
Description of Work: A pane of glass from our storm door was shattered and needed repair. It was about 2.5' X 2.5' in size.

+ -1 moreThey actually showed up about 2 hours early to take a look at the broken window and I wasn't available to be there at that time, but they were able to take a measurement from outside. The cost was reasonable and we scheduled an appointment for a few weeks later. They showed up right on time and had the window replaced in 15 minutes. I can't believe we waited this long to get it done because everyone said it was impossible to get glass people to show up in Conway. Well, that wasn't our experience.
Description of Work: Replaced a broken window.
