Josh scheduled the appointment and gave us some advice about the projects beforehand. He arrived on time with all that he needed to complete the work. His work was efficient, careful, and economical. He cleaned up after finishing each job so that each area was spotless. My husband thought that the work would cost twice as much. We will definitely call Josh the next time we need any work done at our home.

I have always been happy w/ the quality of work Josh has performed. He also supervises his workers well if he has someone else helping him on the job. He is good at diagnosing problems.

The work was started on time and completed in 2.5 days. Josh and his helpers did all of the work in a very methodical manner, including cleaning up.

We called Josh and told him what we had. He had the next day free and had given me an estimate over the phone. He showed up the next day on time and did all the work that we needed done then he cleaned up the little bit of mess that he had made.

I contacted Josh Blount, owner of Handyman 4 Hire, about a month before he did the work. He arrived on the day of our appointment and did all of the work in about 5 hours. One thing that I liked is that he took care to cover items on our kitchen countertop to keep them from being covered with dust. This project started with my wife and me deciding to put in a new countertop. One thing in the way was the original stove from 1989, which was a drop-in stove. We wanted a free standing stove as they are less expensive and give additional storage space at the bottom. Josh removed the old stove, cut out the countertop and cabinets to make room for the 30" stove, installed an electrical outlet, and put the new stove in place. We were very happy with his work!

Josh was on time, did a wonderful job and is a perfectionist. I really appreciate his perfectionism. He was very professional and treated my home as though it were his own. Wonderful craftsman-great price.

I called Josh because of the rating on Angie's List, I had called before and he is always very busy, I went with someone else last time in order to not have to wait for Josh but this time I was willing to wait. I'm glad I did. He incidentally had a little bit of free time available after a project finished earlier than he thought and we were able to schedule sooner than originally planned. It certainly wasn't a big project or big money making project but he treated it that way. I had an electrician come out earlier in the same day to work on our electric fireplace, and the electrician said he couldn't fix it, we'd have to call the product maker. I asked Josh when he got there to take a look at it and he was able to actually fix it!! He installed our Power Pet door in our living room wall and it looks perfect. He also hid some wires from our tv to dvr in our wall so they weren't hanging out like an eye sore. Because of the way our tv is set up he had to make a small hole in our wall, he patched this and repainted it with the paint we had to match and by the time he was finished you couldn't even tell it had been done. I was beyond impressed with his work and his professional demeanor. He charged us $155 for 4 hrs of work and to be honest I would have gladly paid more for the job that was done so well. Plus he fixed our fireplace after paying a service charge to have an electrician just look at it and say it couldn't be fixed! All this and he got it done before Thanksgiving when my family was coming. I just truly appreciate Josh and the work he did at our house, I think it's obvious when you speak to Josh and meet him that he is a geniune, honest man. Well worth the highest review.
