+ -1 moreMy Seagate portable hard drive crashed. I took it to Connecting Point to see about restoring the content on the drive. The gentleman there patiently described the possible scenarios, and within the promised time was able to report on the request. Unfortunately, I had let too much time and warning signals go by before taking the unit in, and no data was recoverable. The unit was no longer usable. I was told they worked on it all day, and I believe they did their best. I was charged a small fee for the time involved.
Description of Work: Data recovery and hardware repair.
