Description of Work: Visited the property and performed a detailed evaluation of our property and acreage. Evaluated comps in our area to provide a reasonably accurate appraisal to provide us an idea of our property value. Emailed an Adobe file to us in a timely manner, but were a little slow and disorganized in getting us the hard copy we had asked for.

+ -1 moreI met David, the appraiser, at the house, he was a few minutes early for the appointment. He took external pictures and measurements. Walked through the entire house, again taking pictures and measurements. He asked quite a few questions about updated work. He also pointed out a couple of items that needed attention. He also pulled "comps" from the neighborhood, most of which I was already aware of. The onsite visit took about 45 minutes. I was happy with both his professionalism and knowledge. I was also happy with the appraisal that was given. It was right in the range of where I was expecting it to be.
Description of Work: This was an full appraisal for a refinance.
