Assure Fix Plumbing

Prompt response after initial contact. Work was done timely and efficiently, with no mess left behind. Very professional and friendly.

I called on a Friday for an estimate for a plumbing job. During the first conversation with the owner he told me he could come out the following Monday. I told him I had two other people coming the same day, the first at 9 am and second at 10 am and told him they should be finished by 10:30 and when I asked him what time he would like to come he asked me if I had other plumbers coming to look at the job I had called him for. When I replied Yes I am in the process of getting estimates he told me to just call him back if I needed HIM to do the work and he would come look. I said well I was really hoping to get at least three estimates before making a decision and asked him would he not like to give an estimate. He reluctantly agreed to go ahead and come give an estimate. It should have been a BIG red flag because once he showed up on Monday it was ultimately a waste of my time. He arrived a few minutes late and the person who came for the 10:00 estimate was still here going over all my options. When this fellow arrived at the front door with his assistant (Who by the way was very nice) I welcomed them in and apologized for the delay of the other guy still being there and he said..YEAH I seen his truck out there...I gave him a copy of the proposed bath addition and told them they could go look around and I would be with them as soon as the other guy left...He asked me if I had any existing plumbing upstairs to which I answered I don't think so but I really don't think so b-c that is what we are wanting to do is add plumbing...Instead of just going to look around he basically proceeded to question me with things like..Why would you build a house and not stub plumbing for upstairs...I told him I did NOT build the house...he said so if you had built the house you would have...and after playing 20 questions and silly answers for a few minutes I finally got him upstairs to LOOK at what I was needing done. After about 5 minutes the other guy left and as I was walking him out I found this Guy from Assurefix sitting in his car talking on the telephone and his assistant standing outside the car. When I walked up to the assistant I asked him what he thought and he said I'm not sure you have to talk to him..he's the master. So when the MASTER finally got off the phone I asked him what he thought about the job and he said "NOT MUCH...what should i think about it" I asked him if he would mind coming back inside so we could go over his ideas and after getting back inside he began questioning me again about "PLUMBING" things I had NO CLUE about...that is why I called experts who were supposed to KNOW what they were doing...when he asked me just exactly where did I think I could put a vent...I had ENOUGH...I politely asked him for my plan drawing back and thanked him for coming and he let himself out...I He was SO Short and Rude and Unprofessional..I guess that is why he calls himself A** ure FiX plumbing...because the Name is a PERFECT fit for HIM.... THANK God for the other three people..they were All very nice and professional and I look forward to working with the one I chose...and BTW I made my choice based on how nice and professional Not on the bid amount because my final choice ended up NOT being the LOWEST bid!

Assure has been doing very good work in the new homes I have been building. I am very pleased with them and it means a great deal to me to have such a reliable company to have the pleasure of doing business with. I have never encountered any problems with their work. Prices however do vary depending on the size of the home and how much needs to be done. I have never found pricing to be an issue with them, I have always been satisfied.
