Tech did not complete the job in fact told me I needed to hire a plumber to cut the 2" line & install a clean out & have someone repair the drywall that was needed to be cut out. I pointed out that the air return vent was there & No drywall cut was needed. I paid $350 for a service call that was incomplete. Called another competitor they came out fixed the issue within 20 minutes for $190 , $160 cheaper for a completed job!! Would not recommend them to anyone.

I was told by Patrick, over the phone, that it would cost $300 plus the cost of whatever helium was used. The service was guaranteed. No time limit was mentioned. They would find the leak, or we wouldn't have to pay. The technicians arrived 20 minutes early, which was nice. In short: they didn't find the leak, but I still had to pay. According to the technician, the likely scenario was that since the whole was so small that, when they increased pressure in the lines, deposits in the lines were plugging the leak, preventing its discovery. Looking at the water meter, I saw the change before and after increasing pressure: the meter ran before pressure, and the meter stopped running after pressure. After one hour of work, I was informed that they wouldn't be able to find the leak. I could either pay the original amount ($300) or pay for one hour's work ($150) . If I paid the original amount and called them back later after the leak got worse (and presumably larger that could be plugged by deposits), the first hour would be covered by this amount. If I paid for work done and I called them out again later, we started from scratch, concerning payment. It was an odd interpretation of a guarantee. I paid for one hour's work, and I still have a leak somewhere. Disregarding all of that, the technician was friendly and professional.

I could find no evidence of a leak myself either inside or on the surface outside so I called a plumber. The plumber recommended Aqua Tech.  The owner operator Patrick and his assistant Charles were professional and personable. They arrived on time and were within the quoted price of 300 + 40 for helium used. They found the leak which thankfully was outside in the service line and not buried in my slab foundation as I had feared. They found the leak in less than 1 hour! I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again if needed.
