Description of Work: My dryer was taking two to three cycles to dry every load of cloths. I thought my dryer was going out but I was told by a friend that it could be my dryer vent. I saw a sign on the road side about dryer vent cleaning a few days later and gave them a call. The service tech, which was the owner, came out and had some kind of gadget that detected the air flow for the vent outside my house and it wasn't good. He pulled out my dryer and inserted this camera snake thing and I watched with him all the lint build up as he ran it through the vent. I was shocked to say the least. He asked how long I had leaved there and if I had ever had the vents cleaned before. I never had and I have no doubt any of the people before me had either. He reviewed with me the options that he offered and after listening to him I went with the two year contract which provided me with a $20 annual discount on a scheduled service call, a free vent check up each year, and he installed an aluminum vent hose for free. He said that was a bonus he offered to customers because he knew the dangers of the plastic and foil vent hoses and couldn't reinstall one back. Anyway, he took apart the back of the dryer and vacuumed it all out. He vacuumed out the dryers lint trap and washed the screen. Then he connected a vacuum to the wall connector and inserted a brush in through it. He said the vent took 15' of brushing. After he pulled the bush out he left the vacuum on and then went outside with a blower and turned it on blowing back toward the vacuum. He said it was blowing at speed off 200mph. He did that for about 5mins and then cam back in and started clean up around the dryer. He opened the vacuum to dump the rest in. OMG! It was unreal the amount of lint that was in there. He turned the dryer back on and went outside with his gadget and showed me the measurement. It was almost double what the first reading had been. I can now dry my cloths in one cycle! It is unreal! I can't believe I waited so long to have it cleaned and that I almost went out and bought a new dryer. DO call these guys if there is one near you if not definitely find some company that is. Don't wait ! He also showed me how much energy I will be saving and how much money that added to a year, unreal!!!
