+ -1 moreAt first, they were very kind and courteous to my needs. They let me pick out everything that I had wanted. They even let me set an arrangement where I paid them 1/3 of the money down, 1/3 at the job and 1/3 at the end of the job. When they installed the tile they did a good job, but they left out a few inches near the door. They wanted to go have lunch before completing it and I told them to do it before they had gone to lunch which they did. Before doing the walls, they had gone to lunch and never returned to finish. A few days later they had called demanding payment for the other 1/3 and as you could guess, I was not pleased at the least. The secretary actually came out and finished the job. She did an ok job but I was just shocked to have seen them send out their secretary for this.
Description of Work: Cabot Carpet installed tile flooring in a bedroom and provided a commercial covering for the walls inside my 1800 square foot home. I was having this job done as a surprise for my elderly mother s birthday and I never expected it to turn out like such a disappointment. I do not feel they are very professional and I refuse to ever use them again. Like I said, it ended up not being a surprise but a disaster.
