+ -1 moreThey came out and measured the windows very promptly. Communication from the office was bad. I did request changes to the quote a few times prior to placing the order. I was told many times I would receive a callback but each time it was me calling them back a few days later. The prices were good but communication was very bad.

Description of Work: We've used Staley a number of times and have been very pleased each time. We've had windshield repairs twice, had cracked window panes in our home replaced, had shower and bath enclosures installed, had glass cut for tabletops, and had large mirrors cut to a smaller size. We wouldn't have gone back to them so many times if they had not been professional, capable, and reasonable in price.
