Jason Rowland was extremely professional. Punctual. Licensed. Bonded. He did exactly what we wanted at the agreed upon price.

We received five estimates and they were $3,000.00 higher than the next highest bid. The price was just astronomical. The guy that owns the business came out and he was professional. He was on time and he went over the costs with me. He did let me know his bid would be on the high end of the estimate's. They do a lot of work in my area but the price was just way too high.

Rowland Tree Service was prompt in giving us a quote and professional in the job they performed. We would have had them back out this past winter (2013) with all of the damage done from the snowstorms, but they had to help in other areas that were devastated and that was completely understandable. We used another service instead, but we would gladly use Rowland Tree Service again. I've recommended them to several people.

I called two different servces for quotes on removal of the tree. Mr. Rowland's was a small amount higher than the other service but something about his character appealed to me. He arrived on time as scheduled. He worked rapidly with no wasted time or effort. There was only one spot to safely drop the tree and he put it on the money. His employee with the brush truck arrived a few minutes later. He also worked swiftly, cutting the tree into managable sections. He completely cleaned up all limbs and leaves. When he left, the only thing that remained of the tree was the stump which I had removed a couple of days later. An additional item worthy of noting: The 2012 christmas snowstorm collapsed the Bradford Pear tress that framed the entrance to my drive way, totally blocking the drive. As I was preparing to get my saw, Mr. Rowland drove by and stopped.He broke out his saw and cut the limbs away from the tree, enabling me to clear my driveway. His charge? Nothing. I have other damaged limbs in my trees that I can't reach. I will call Mr. Rowland for the job without hesitation.

He had all the equipment and he did it like he knew what he was doing. He was very professional. His price was a little more than what I expected but he did a good job so it was worth it. We are planning on using him again.
