About us

Family owned and operated business. In business for 24 years in the same area. We have a 14 day guarantee in writing on our invoices with the exception of pet urine removal (if pet still lives on premises). If there is a problem with your clean we will come back at no charge to you and clean the area of your concern except for pet spots or out of local area (trip charge would be applied). We have a $85.00 minimum, we have not had a price increase in 14 years which makes our loyal customers very comfortable. Our company can have references to a new customer in 24 hours. We offer free carpet estimates in our local area. Trip charges will be added for the following areas: Searcy, Carlisle, Keo, Conway, Alexander, Bryant, Benton, Ferndale, Roland and El Paso. Trip charges are depending on how far out can be $25.00 up to $50.00. Just ask our customer service representive and she will let you know exactly how much or if there is not charge. Our carpet cleaning method is warm water extraction with a dry time of 3-4 hours depending on the weather and time of year. Our company will offer you 4 different packages that you can mix or match depending on the type of cleaning you are interested in at the time you call our office. We clean by the square feet of each room. Example: Bedroom: 10' x 10'= 100 sqft; Livingroom: 20' x 25'= 500 sqft and so on. The Packages we offer to clean carpet: Empty House: (without pets) 22 cents per sqft - Completely empty house. Maintenance Package: (without pets living in house) 32 cents per sqft - no moving any large furnishings only small fixtures. Foot stools, light weight coffee tables, ect. Value Package: (without pets living in house) 38 cents per sqft - moving all of the **furnishings and cleaning carpet underneath moving furniture back to original placement with styrafoam 1" thick tabs placed under furnishings. Gold Service Package: (without pets living in house) 47 cents per sqft - moving all of the **furnishings and cleaning carpet wiping down baseboards and hidden electical recepticals. Moving furniture back to original placement with styrafoam 1" thick tabs placed under furnishings. Note: **Our company does not move any furniture that has items on top or inside of the furnishing. Please empty all contents out of drawers or off tables. We will have to be informed on dressers with detachable full mirrors before time to clean. All Pet Damage to carpet is extra charge and the technician will have to give a price upon arrival and inspection of damage carpet. All of the above is to make your carpet cleaning experience one that you will remember that went smooth and timely. Our technicians are certified, we are insured for up to $1,000,000.00 General Liabilty Insurance. Professional Carpet Systems lives and works in the same areas that you live and work. We have devoted many man-hours in educating our technicans so that you get the best cleaning services we can offer. I have never had a worker come into my home who was more professional and knowledgeable as Josh. I was absolutely thrilled with all his work and the cleaning established my goal -- improvement in allergy problems! I hope he stays in business, as I will never use anyone else.

Josh arrived on time, calling ahead the day before to verify and calling that day to say he was on his way. Every thing was spot treated and cleaned. Some area rugs were done for free. He was very thorough, professional, gracious, and considerate. He did not leave a mess behind.

Professional Carpet Systems has been cleaning our carpets for several years. Joshua always does a great job. He is friendly, honest and a very pleasant individual. Joshua was excellent. Their excellence starts with his mother who books the appointments by phone. Her friendliness and quick response are topnotch. Professional Carpet Systems sent out two guys to do the work. They did a wonderful job. They moved some very heavy furniture. They were very diligent as they didn't take any breaks.

We have been using Professional Carpet Systems to clean our carpets for about five years and they always do a great job. They get any new stains out of the carpet along with brightening the carpets and just getting out any dirt.

I was very happy. They have a system to clean all the dirt from your tile grout. They clean the tiles like new. They finish them off with some sort of sealant to keep them cleaner longer. They also do excellent carpet cleaning. I spent a good deal of money but for the size of the job and the detailed work they did I felt it is worth it.
Description of Work: I had three large rooms of carpet cleaned. I also had the ceramic tiles in two bathrooms and a huge kitchen cleaned.
