Description of Work: Line from water meter to the house was leaking due to roots. The line was in poor shape and was replaced with a flexible line and a regulator installed to regulate the pressure as water the house pipes. We have a frontloading washer and the pipes can break as they bang together when the water cuts on and off. For the most part the majority of the problem was resolved but there is still some knocking of the pipes although minor. I did ask at the time if something else needed to be done on the washer pipe and was told no. Since then I found out it does need additional work to secure it. I would still use this company again and they are prompt in returning calls plus servicing.
