When we hired them, they were right here to get their money to start the job, they told us that it would be the next week before they would start,WELL they did not,it took a month, we were calling them every week,to be told next week,so after a month we told them if they were not going to do the job just give us back our money and we would hire someone else. When they showed up they tryed to blame it on the bad weather ( there had been NO RAIN! ) Well they finelly got started onour roof and it all looked ok,they told us they were going to replace a air vent up there,(NOT) but we let that go. Than they started the gazbo, ( what a nightmare) First they shot nails through the roof and splintered the wood,we had to call them on that, they came back out to fix it,we were told that they were going to use bullnoised clippers to cut the nails then they would putty it all in and paint it, well they used a grinder instead and left marks all in the ceilling, then when they painted they didn't cover the floor and dropped paint and didn't even clean it up,we did, it took almost all day. Then we called again!! We told them we wanted to talk to the owner and nobody else,he came out and wanted another chance to make things right, he's sending out his best crew, OK. Well his best crew comes out, they ended up having to box it in, they used cheap wood, they couldn't even cut it to butt up aganist each other, so there is gaps between each one, they broke the ceilling fan, said they would replace it, (Did not), then when they were finished and rolling up their cords one got stuck on the cornor on the house and busted up the vinyl siding, never said a word about it,now that has to be fixed. They like to charge for thing that they do not do. Like the charged us for painting a room,( they didn't do,) for taking a sitilite dish off the roof, and putting it back,( they did not do ) They hire sub-contractors to do the work who are not insured and if they get hurt it will go against your home owners insurence. So beware!
Description of Work: They were hired to roof our house and a gazbo that sets in our back yard.
