I have a service contract with them. They always keep their appointments on time and they are reasonable with their work.

They did a good job. I would recommend them. They were probably a little higher than everybody else but they guaranteed their work. They did a neat job. They came right out to do the work. They were good guys.

I will be going back to them. They are popular around here. They were very courteous and on time. They were reliable.

The price was great and the service was great. I can't complain about either one of it.

The heat and air system was excellent and the installation was fine. However, the salesman was a bit of a turkey and did not really show all of the options available for new systems. He also was not aware of all the rebates/tax credits that were available. His only interest appeared to be making a sale. Otherwise, the Company did a good job and did a professional installation.

They came in and checked every unit. They ordered the electronic board which took a couple of days. They came out right away and took care of it. I've used them before and they are very good. I've never had any problems with any of the services that I've gotten from them. They are fairly priced. They are professional and punctual. I would use them again in the future.

They answered our call within the hour. Arrived about 3 hours later. Work completed in less than an hour. Cost much better than I had anticipated. Very professional service.

They repaired an installation from a previous company I used. Prompt and did a much better job then previous company.

Basic service of unit was well done, but company charged $94.66 for a part that is available on the Internet for $7.50 each when bought ten at time, or $21 if bought one at a time. Seemed like gouging on parts pricing and gave me a bad feeling about doing business in the future after my annual contract runs out. Technician doing service was very professional though, and very efficient in doing the work. Parts pricing is my only issue, and I feel their price was excessive.

It has always gone very well, they show up promply and don't bother us. We will use them again.

I had no problems with Middleton Heat and Air Conditioning. They did what I expected them to do.

I chose Middleton Heat and Air in Little Rock to repair my 6 year-old Bryant equipment because of their excellent rating on Angie's list. My air conditioning began to fail over the weekend and Middleton offered me a regular technician on Monday or a more expensive emergency visit on the weekend. I chose Monday and was extremely pleased with the service I received. My technician identified and addressed some problems that have been interfering with adequate cooling for several years. He spent a long time thoroughly cleaning the outside unit and while cleaning it the fan blade on condenser came off and he replaced it because the weights that balance the fan were not properly attached. There was a leak in the freon system which he found and repaired. He discovered some factory-installed insulation that was loose in the inside unit which was being sucked across the intake of blower motor plus he signed me up for the Middleton Spring and Fall Maintenance Contract which cost $155. The new fan blade for the condenser was $88.50 and the added freon was $43.13. My total bill came to $304.90 for almost 4 hours of service. In addition he recommended some additional ways to address the uneven heating and cooling in my house. I couldn't be more pleased with Angie's List, Middleton Heat and Air and my technician who I plan to request every time I need further service in the future.

The air conditioning service companies I had previously utilized had gone out of business. I was hesitant to use Middleton, due primarily to the amount of advertising in the local media (somebody has to pay for it), but they were highly rated on Angie's List, so I gave them a try. Needless to say, they were able to repair my unit (which is now aptly named Lasarus) at an extremely reasonable rate. I wouldn't hesitate to use Middleton again!

I had no problems. I would definitely use them again. It was an excellent experience and they pitched in and helped us out when we needed it.

I have a service agreement with Middleton and the upstairs air conditioning unit in my house was not cooling properly. I called on Friday morning and they scheduled an appointment with a technician for that afternoon. The technician arrived as promised and evaluated the system. He replaced the broken capacitor and the whole process took about an hour. The air conditioning unit is now working as it should.

Prompt, same day service delivered in a polite and professional manner.

I called to have them come check my heating and cooling. There was cleaning performed in order for the system to work properly. They showed up when they said they would, and cleaned up after themselves very well. I would hire them again.

They came right out on time found the problem and fixed it. They had a good price, they were very respectful about being around my home and cleaned up their mess well.

I thought that they were very fair with the price. The installation was good as well. They did not clean up after themselves at all though. The workers used my bathroom to clean up afterwards and they left it filthy. I thought that was very unprofessional. There was also a vent that needed to be fixed and it took them 2 weeks to follow up and fix the problem.

Middleton Heating and Air Conditioning showed up for the job on time. He was very professional and he brought all the parts with him, that he needed to fix the problem. I thought what he charged for his work was reasonable.

I was very happy with the service I got. Our existing water heater stopped working on Memorial day, so this was an emergency installation for us. They also put in a drain and pan to prevent water damage. This is now required by the buildings code regulations in our area. I feel I got a good price since the gas units are higher than the electric one are. We also used them before to fix the air conditioning.

They had fixed my older air conditioner once before and I was very happy with the work. They had even came the same day. The second time they came the following day. It was one of those things where your system just stops working. The technician got it up and cooling with in an hour or two so I was really happy to have it working. They charge $67 to come out and the part was around $150, allot less than a new system.

We have a maintenance plan with them. They come out every spring to service our two air conditioning units. It costs close to $100 for both units to be serviced. We had them do repair work also before. We have not had to replace the equipment yet, so they are doing a good job with it.

They've got to come out twice a year under our contract. The good thing was that there wasn t any additional charge when they came out for this minor repair. It was covered under that contract. It was just a little leakage in the attic from the tubing that drains the excess condensation from our air conditioning unit. They got it fixed up right away without any problems.

Middleton Heat and Air is a reputable company. They are service oriented. I have always been pleased with their service over the years. We were very satisfied with the installation process of our new units. The price was competitive. I feel that they are an honest company. I would recommend them to others.
