I had a real bad experience with them. They didn't clean up after themselves. We found out later that they didn't put enough space between and now the floor is starting to buckle.

It was horrible. The installer did a poor job. Tile not laid properly. Grout was wrong color and several different colors variation on finished floor. Woodwork was thrown away. Mess made and not cleaned up. Cabinets were ruined. The installer called me several times threatening and mad about payment from F&M. He scared me. F&M talked like they would make things right, and a few things they did, but overall the job needs a total redo and several things ruined in my kitchen that were not repaired appropriately. The last contact I had with them I ask for at least partial money back. I was told that father and son would discuss and get back to me and I have never heard another word from them. At the same time I had the tile done I had wood floors installed. That job looked and went much smoother, but there were several areas that need to be re-glued. Again I contacted them on 2 separate occasions and was told they were busy that week, but he would call me back the beginning of the following week to setup time and I never heard back from them. I have since had to pay another company to come re-glue spots that were loose/ bubbled. I would not recommend this company to anyone for any type of work.
