"Wow! Again, such great words from such great people! I didn't get to spend as much time as I'd like actually building on this project, but it is because of so many appointments I had to go on due to how well Angie's List works and the calls I get from its members. But as I've said a hundred times and as these members could certainly tell, John is a talented professional that I feel completely comfortable leaving in charge of any project we do! We also don't normally do any staining or painting. But since we had recently lost the ability to refer our long-time stain guy to our customers, we decided we would take care of the staining on this one so that it would get done before the weather prevented it from being done until spring. Thank you for allowing us to be a part of this project. It really was our pleasure! And thank you for the great review!"

Our customers say what a great job we did, but I am always amazed at what a great job they do putting up with such a project going on at their homes. From having lumber in their driveways to trucks in the street to their dogs not getting to go out as much as they normally do - having patience during such a construction project is admirable! And these members are great people that I'd work for again in a heartbeat! I know I technically don't have to respond to every single review we get. But it takes both contractor and homeowner for a project to go smoothly. "We loved being a part of this project and are so glad to have yet another happy customer! I must say, it is great when my customers recognize how wonderful my Foreman, John, is. Like me, he is truly passionate about what we do and I am so blessed to have him. He is so good at what we do that I was able to take my family on a little vacation (which I have never done in the 15 years I've had this business due to putting my customers first) that was stress-free because I knew the job & customer were in good hands. I am normally on the job much more than I was on this one, but I also thank the customer for allowing me (by trusting in me AND John) to take a few days and go renew my vows to my wife & have my kids involved. Once again, we have the best customers there are! And... as I've said before, I have to agree on the rating of a "B" on price. The cost of materials is truly higher than it should be. Hopefully our economy will continue to turn around and these prices will go down."

"Again, we are blessed to get to work with such great people! This member was a real pleasure and easy to work with. We were even invited back to build one of the most beautiful storage buildings we have ever done! And on the deck project rating of a 'B' on price, I would have to agree. The member requested composite flooring on the deck and that stuff IS very expensive. We do all we can to help with decisions like that by not charging more for labor, even though it is more time-consuming to work with. The high cost is all in the materials, which isn't something we can control. I wish Angie's List had a category of great Homeowners to work for, because this member is top-notch! Plus... the mountainous lake view from the back of the house may just be the best in the state. Very glad we met them! They certainly have an eye for great designs and we'd be happy to work with them again. Thanks for having us out and for the review!"

"I have to say that working with Member was a real pleasure. He was very accommodating and understanding when we had issues with the intense Arkansas summer heat that prolonged the length of the job. Member's wonderful dog kept us company and stood in as our mascot for the week. We appreciate all our customers, all of which seem to be real "quality people", but I think I've found a long-term friend in Member and that is just the icing on the cake!
