Company gave estimate for 73 year old woman's roof. I agreed to cash price but was out of town. They had my mother sign a contract and gave insurance info in which they billed insurance far more than the cash price I was quoted. Quality of work was good and Ian did a great job. Abraham and Misty both continued to say your mother is "not out" anymore money because insurance paid so just give us the money for the exact same job they quoted for more than $1000 cheaper. They completely took advantage of my 73 year old mother, all because I was not there to sign the contract. They took advantage of insurance company because "they could". Misty Merrell even said "it's all legal". Maybe so but that doesn't make it right. My suggestion is don't trust them. Also. Its interesting how there is NO reviews on their website. Coincidense, I think not!

Removed old roofing down to decking and installed new roof. Was done is a day and looks good. Fast and professional.

I w very pleased. The Project Consultantstayed on top of things and followed through as necessary. He did everything needed to insure that my insurance paid their share. The crew was on time and did a good job of clean up. We've had several hard rains and I've had no problems. I had a question about the warranty which was quickly answered.
