+ -1 moreIt went great! I found Tim Snodgrass on home advisor. He contacted me in a timely fashion and set up an appointment. When he came out he was very professional and ask some very good questions as he evaluated what I had and what I needed. He had a very competitive bid (I received two) Installation was fast. He checked air flow and temperature of the air at vent to make sure the unit was performing correctly. I was very impressed. I would recommend Velvet Ridge Services and will definitely use him in the future.

+ -1 moreTim worked on it, and we thought it was fixed. However, it started messing up again. Tim came back and worked on it a second time. This time he didn't charge for a service call. He wants to make sure it's fixed!
