Very pleased with the service provided by Jason. Very professional in a trade that doesn't always have the most professional people. Clean up and the stacking of our future firewood was perfect. Jason was a pleasure to deal with and I also appreciate his role in our Lake Hamilton community as he is a sponsor for more than one local youth team.

ONE OF THE BEST PROVIDERS OF SERVICE IN HOT SPRINGS. THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL AND THOROUGH. WHILE SEVERAL TREES WERE QUOTED ON, ACTUALLY SWEPT AND PICKED UP AS THEY MOVED BRANCHES AND LOGS TO THE STREET. WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED. YOU WOULD HAVE NEVER KNOWN ANYONE HAD DONE ANYTHING IN THE YARD EXCEPT ALL THE DEAD TREES AND BRANCHES WERE G-O-N-E! YOU MAY HAVE TO WAIT A LITTLE FOR THEM BECAUSE THEY ARE SO BUSY. BE PATIENT...THEY ARE WORTH IT!

It went great!! No problems or complaints price was good and made what I thought was near impossible look easy. This website says he has been in buisness since 2012 but I used him in 2002.

Jay Bird's Tree Service had good price, good service and they did a fine job. They have a daily rate.

We needed 6 stumps removed. The owner, Jason Newman, said he would do it for $400. He came out to our house with a stump grinder machine on his trailer and we were surprised that it was a very up to date robotic self propelled stump grinder. He used a remote control to get it to the work area and began the grinding process on the stumps in the front yard. After he completed those he went down the side of the house toward the lake and took out another stump that we didn't even have included in the price, which was great! On the lake side of the house he even cleaned out the inside area of one of the stumps to ensure his machine would do an accurate job as it was close to a retaining wall. He did such a good job that we asked him to return to cut down a tree that is inbetween two others but appears to be dying. He said he would have to get his bucket truck for that and come back at a later date. He was great to work with and did a very professional job. We highly recommend him for any kind of tree service work.

Jason, the owner of Jay Bird's Tree service was recommended to me by my brother-in-law and a neighbor who had used his services and were very pleased with him. I contacted the tree service and he was at my house the following day to give an estimate. He followed up with me two days later to come out and complete the work. He had a truck with a bucket for easy access to taller trees and a remote control stump grinder, which I didn't see him operate but my neighbor did. I was at home only for a portion of the time that they were at my house, and it was nice to see upon my return that they had really done a great job even without the homeowner watching over them. Jason is a very professional, reliable, fair and friendly businessman. I would definitely call him again and recommend him to others.

They did a very good job. They cleaned up very well and were very professional. They first trimmed the trees to a certain size and then cut them down which did do a little bit of damage to our yard when they hit the ground. Otherwise, they did a fabulous job.
