Jim Martin Appliance Repair

I called for service only spoke with a woman (maybe wife), never spoke with Jim. She told me he was having a tooth pulled at the dentist and would have to get back to me. I said fine to call me when he could come she did call me back the next day to tell me again he could not come said she would call me again the next day and she never called. I thought this was very unprofessional not to get back with me. I saw him that day around town in his appliance repair truck. It was like they really did not care if they helped me out or not. I will not bother to call again there was no follow up.

I was needing a start switch for my refrigerator I could not find anyone that had it in stock, next day only which I could order myself online. After several calls I was referred to Jim Martin's repair. I called him and gave the model # he called back to confirm the # he stated that he would call me back, within 10-15 minutes he called and informed me that he had the part. I live about 12 miles from him and wanted to pick up the part, he asked where I lived, he said he could meet me since it was on his way to a service call. I missed his call due to a bad cell area, I returned his call and he said he was about 3 miles from my location he pulled over on the side of the road and waited for me. I bought the part, he gave me some instructions and answered my questions. I installed the part and was using my refrigerator that day.

My central heat and air went out just as the humid and crazy weather started. My young son was getting irritated from being hot so I called him late in the afternoon and he was here in about and hour just to check it out. After promising to be here the next morning to fix it because he had to find the right part, I was AMAZED that he kept his word and rang my doorbell at 9:30am the very next morning. Great work and even stopped to talk to my son who was gabbering incoherantly at him from the moment he walked in. Great service, will definatley be calling him if anything else goes wrong.
