It went really well. They had to locate my septic tank and had to clean it. The cleaning took about 3 hours and 3 employees came out to do the work. Their pricing was really good too.

Toilets and water drains from two bathrooms were slow to drain and backing up into tubs- an obvious obstruction somewhere in the line was causing this. Mr Rooter arrived on time and snaked the main drain where there was indeed a back up. They cleared the drain and removed the problem. They were quick, clean and professional. I have not had any issue since they fixed the issue. Priced very reasonable. I would not hestitate to use them again.

We originally called out Mr. Rooter to investigate why waste water had flooded part of our basement. They found the cause to be a clog in the drain line leaving the house. They said there was a bad piece of pipe in the line. We also asked them to pump the septic tank. They dug everything up, replaced the septic tank, but they did NOT replace the bad piece of pipe. Our basement flooded two more times after they completed their work. Finally, they came back out two weeks later and replaced the bad pipe. They didn't charge me for the pipe fix, but I wasn't interested in paying if they did charge considering the pipe should have been fixed while everything was dug up. As far as the employees, there was quite a bit of discontent between the plumber and the owner. I received an earful each time the plumber came out alone. Not really something I was expecting from a franchise level company like this. The third time my basement flooded, I called and spoke with the owner of the local franchise. He explained to me how several of his workers had quit. It took almost a full week for Mr. Rooter to get out to get and finally fix the pipe that was the original problem we called them on all along. Needless to say, it was more stress than I expected it to be.

They responded very quickly. I had water running into the house through the toilets and bathtub. They came on a weekend, right away, and cleared the problem.

The gentlemen that came to the house to perform the service were very friendly and proffessional. I have no complaints at all and only praise for their work and attitudes.

He did a fine job. He was right here, and got right to the job. He knew what he was doing.

The person was prompt and professional but the work he performed was way overpriced and the work he did didnt last; it wasnt really fixed adn I had to pay to have it properly fixed. Nice guy but in good faith I couldnt reccomend him. All we asked him to do was to turn up the water pressure for the house (all of 15 seconds of "work") and replace a toilet handle. Only the handle! $300.)

They were quick and efficient.

I sent in an email on the web and less than 20 mintues later I received a call. The plumber informed me he was in close proximity and would arrive at my house in 20 minutes. This was the fastest service I have ever received from anyone. The two gentlemen were courteous and professional. I would definitely recommend this company if you want a quick response to your problem.

Successful in removing a clog from a drain.

The line was plugged then it wasn't.

At first they came right out and turned off water that was running every where and then it went down from there, Did not show up when he told us he would be there. Had to call more than once to find out when he was going to show up. When he did he was not prepared for the job. After a few days the boss finally came out and got the job done. Just glad that the experience is over!!!!!!!!!!

Working with them was a very good experience. They were very quick and there were no problems.

everything went well they came at the appointment time. We very clean and efficent when unclogging the toilets, even told me where to buy an auger like they had so I could do it myself next time.

Dale came at the time we arranged. He soon found the break, which was in a hard to get to, dirty, dark part of the crawl space under the house. Dale came and told us about the leak and options we had. He was very professional. We hired Dale to make the necessary repairs. He went right to work, stopping only to go get parts. In short order our leak was fixed. Dale made a bad situation a pleasant experience. I can not begin to say what a fine job he did for us.
